It’s so easy to get stuck in routines and think the time has passed for you to be able to pursue a dream. This post is here to tell you that it’s not too late. Whether you’re 20, 40, 60 or 80 years of age don’t let time be the reason for dismissing your dreams.

I can’t take credit for this recipe, it’s an o

I can’t take credit for this recipe, it’s an old one I kept from the Sunday Independent (dated 2016!) but I go back to it again and again. If there was only one sweet snack I could make for the rest of my life it would be these chewy peanut butter bars. I always double the recipe, so feel free to halve the following if you want less bars:
-11oz oats
-9oz honey
-9oz peanut butter
-sea salt
-dark chocolate (I used 3 squares and it was plenty)

👩🏼‍🍳
1. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
2. Melt the honey in a saucepan until runny, then stir in the peanut butter.
3. Stir the wet mixture into the oats. This sets quite quickly so stir as fast as you can and transfer straight away to your lined tin.
4. Flatten it down and leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes or so.
5. Melt your dark chocolate and pour over the bars. Sprinkle some sea salt on top.
6. Place it back into the fridge until chocolate has set. Remove and cut into whatever size bars you like. Store in an airtight container.

Your ‘why’ is your everything. That’s the very reason why I designed the Pentagon of Purpose as the tool I use consistently in my coaching. It’s exactly what I would have loved a couple of years ago when I was at a cross-roads and wasn’t sure which direction to go. If you’re not sure of your ‘why’ or your purpose or you just feel like you need a gentle nudge in the right direction maybe check out coaching and see if that’s a good fit for you.

I offer free 30 minute introductory zoom calls for potential clients as an opportunity to have a relaxed chat about what you are seeking and what I can offer in 1:1 coaching.

I’m also rolling out a 5 week group course online shortly, where each week we’ll go through a section of the Pentagon. This will be held on zoom once a week for 1.5hours.
