This is a downloadable ebook that will help you to identify exactly what you want in life. It is designed for you to work through yourself, dedicating one week to each session. This is a 5 week programme where you will cover a different topic each week for the 5 weeks. The programme breakdown is as follows:
Week 1: Values & Beliefs
Week 2: Who (identifying the type of person you want to become)
Week 3: What (identifying what needs to be done in order for you to be able to become the person you identified in week 2)
Week 4: How (how can you take action on what you uncovered in week 3)
Week 5: Why (reiterating why it’s important for you to become this person)
You can work through this workbook either by printing it off and writing directly into it or read it as an ebook and use a notebook to complete the written activities.
